  • The promotion is available on several websites in the Virtue Fusion/Eyecon network. Players from other operators using the Virtue Fusion/Eyecon network can take part in the promotion.
  • Prizes will be drawn from entries from all the websites in the Virtue Fusion/Eyecon network.
  • The max total prize is £200K, per draw.

Terms and conditions

1. How the promotion works

  1. When you place the minimum stake shown under ‘Things you should know’, from your main balance, on one or more of the promotion games also shown under ‘Things you should know’, you will receive one or two entries into the prize draw (See 1b below).
  2. From 25.08.23 until 30.08.23, if you stake at least 10 on Big Top Tombola or Bouncy Balls you will receive two entries into the Agust prize draw. A stake of 1p - £10 on any of the other promotion games will only earn you one entry.
  3. For each further £10 staked from your main balance, you will receive one extra entry into the prize draw (two entries for stakes placed on double-entry games).
  4. There is one prize draw per month. The draw you will be entered into depends on when you place the minimum stake shown under ‘Things you should know’.
    • Any stake on eligible games will grant a player a minimum of 1 entry to the next prize draw.
  5. It is possible to win more than one prize as winning is based on the amount of stakes placed across all promotion games, not per person or per account.
  6. The prize draws will be generated randomly, so every entry has an equal chance of winning.
  7. The prizes, and the number of each, are set out in the table below. All prizes are cash.

  1. If you win a prize (or prizes) we will tell you by email, a message to your account or a text message.
  2. Prizes would be paid to your main balances within 2 working days of the draw date (or as soon as possible after that if there are technical or processing difficulties).
  3. This promotion is available in GBP only.

2 Cancelling the promotion

  1. You can cancel this promotion at any time by:
    • clicking on ‘Cancel’ on the Promotions page on our website; or
    • contacting our Customer Services team using the contact details on the Contact Us page on our website.
  2. When you cancel this promotion, you will stop being able to take part in it. If you have not met the wagering requirement, any bonus you have not used, and winnings from bonus you have used, will be deleted from your bonus balance.

3 General restrictions

  1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
    • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).
    • Using more than one account per person, per household or per IP address in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer or where we have reasonable suspicion as to the truthfulness of your identity.
    • Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across platforms, i.e. Vegas, bingo and poker.
    • Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
    • Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
    • Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage)
    • Taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus (for example, where you intentionally manipulate the use of your Bonus, relying on the game flaw, with the aim of benefiting from significant wins using funds from your Cash Balance)
    • Repeatedly playing free games but not playing paid-for games.
    • Purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
    • Abusive or dishonest playing strategies resulting from changes and/or developments in technology and/or gaming models, leading to new playing strategies becoming available/exploitable, which could not reasonably have been foreseen by Us when preparing these General Bonus Terms & Conditions.
  2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

4 General conditions

  1. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
  2. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any game on our website.
  3. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds you paid into your main balance (including any amount you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).
  4. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
    • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is necessary for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide the promotion or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
  5. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
  6. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
  7. Your use of our website, and your gaming or betting, is governed by our terms and conditions of using our website or telebetting service (the general terms).
