Significant Conditions

  1. Play Codex: Cash Detective in selected shops for a chance to win between £1-£50 of the total available share of £30,000 in free credits, with an additional £30,000 available online.
  2. From Wednesday 24th January until Tuesday 6th February 2024 or until all free bonus credit has been won, whichever comes first.
  3. In-shop free bonus credit will be added to the credit meter and must be played through within the same session.
  4. In-shop if play ceases before all free credit has been gambled, the free credit will remain on the machine until played and cannot be withdrawn.

Things you should know: In-shop promotion:

  1. Stake any amount in a game play session on Codex: Cash Detective for a chance to win free credit (the “Promotion”).
  2. The Promotion runs during shop business hours from 24.01.2024 until 06.02.2024 subject to prize availability (the “Promotion Period”).
  3. The total available prize pool of £30,000 is split into 20,136 prizes as follows:

    (each free credit is a "Prize").
  4. If you win a Prize the machine will automatically load free credit onto Gaming Machine. Free credit must be played through the same session.

  6. The Promotion is only available to customers located in Great Britain. The Promotion is available in selected shops only.

General Terms

    1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions (promotional abuse). We define these types of play as the following:
      • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).

      • Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
      • Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the Promotion.
      • Taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus (for example, where you intentionally manipulate the use of your Bonus, relying on the game flaw, with the aim of benefiting from significant wins using funds from your Cash Balance).
      • Repeatedly playing free games but not playing paid-for games.
      • Purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus./li>
      • Abusive or dishonest playing strategies resulting from changes and/or developments in technology and/or gaming models, leading to new playing strategies becoming available/exploitable, which could not reasonably have been foreseen by Us when preparing these General Bonus Terms & Conditions.
    2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
      • void any bets funded by a bonus(that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
      • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
    3. Free spins cannot be withdrawn or converted to cash. Winnings from playing with free spins can be withdrawn at any time, except where the Promoter must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
    4. If play ceases before all of the free spins has been gambled, the free spins will remain on the machine until played and cannot be withdrawn for later use.

The Promoter will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion.If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the Promotion, our decision will be final.
    10. This Promotion is made in accordance with these promotion terms and the terms of the Fair Deal Rules which are on display in all our shops. By participating in the Promotion, you agree to be bound by these terms. In the event of any inconsistency between these promotion terms and the Fair Deal Rules, these promotion terms shall take precedence.
    11. These promotion terms are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
