Significant conditions

  1. These terms and conditions apply to the Playtech Live from Las Vegas Mega Mystery Bonus Promotion – May 2026 (the “Promotion”). By participating, you agree to be bound by these terms.
  2. The Promotion is only available to William Hill’s UK- registered customers aged 18 or over, with an online account denominated in pound sterling (GBP) and William Hill’s Ireland-registered customers aged 18 or over, with an online account denominated in euro (EUR).
  3. The provider of this Promotion is Playtech Software Limited of Mid City Place, 71 High Holborn, London, WC1V 6EA (“Playtech”).
  4. The Promotion will run daily from 16:00 to 02:00 (GMT) from 22 May 2026 until 31 May 2026 inclusive (the “Promotion Period”). For completeness, the final Mystery Bonus round shall conclude at 02:00 (GMT) on 1 June 2026.
  5. The Promotion will be active on the following games (the “Promotion Games”):

  6. During the Promotion Period, the Live from Las Vegas Mega Mystery Bonus (the “Promotion”) will be activated at random times each day between 16:00 to 2:00 (GMT) (the “Promotional Hours”). 

  7. There will be a total of 10 Mystery Bonus rounds per day during the Promotion Hours.
  8. During each Mystery Bonus round, players will have the chance to win a part of a shared prize of £/€150 in cash. 
  9. To qualify for a Mystery Bonus round, you must place a total bet of at least £/€1 on the Promotion Game during the Promotion Hours (a “Qualifying Bet”). Staking more than £/€1 does not increase your chances of winning.
  10. In each Mystery Bonus round, one betting position will be randomly selected using Playtech’s random number generator (“RNG”) and highlighted in-game. The RNG result is not related to the outcome of the game round itself.
  11. If you have a Qualifying Bet placed on the selected betting position, you will receive an equal share of the £/€150 cash prize available for that Mystery Bonus round.
  12. The daily prize pool is £/€1,500, and the total prize pool for the Promotion Period is £/€15,000. There is no limit to the number of times a customer may win during the Promotion Period.
  13. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each Mystery Bonus round.
  14. The winning players will be paid their share of the prize according to the currency of their account. A conversion rate of 1:1 shall be applied by Playtech. For example, if a player wins £10, this will be paid as £10 for William Hill’s UK-registered customers and €10 for William Hill’s Ireland-registered customers.
  15. All prizes are paid in cash and will be credited to your main account balance within 72 hours of the relevant Mystery Bonus round. No wagering requirements apply. 
  16. Winners will be notified via an in-game pop-up or message following the relevant Mystery Bonus round. Winners must click ‘accept’ or ‘decline’ their prize. If accepted, the cash prize will be credited within 72 hours. If declined, the prize will not be awarded.
  17. This Promotion is a network-wide promotion operated by Playtech, meaning winners may be selected across multiple participating operator sites.
  18. If a customer’s account is found to be ineligible (including but not limited to being under 18 or failing verification checks), Playtech and/or William Hill reserve the right to withhold the prize.
  19. In the event that a winner’s account has been closed prior to the award of the prize, reasonable efforts will be made to contact the prize winner.
  20. Neither Playtech nor William Hill will be liable for any failure or delay in performing obligations where such failure results from events beyond their reasonable control.
  21. Playtech and/or William Hill reserve the right to amend or cancel the Promotion, or these terms and conditions, where required due to legal or regulatory reasons.

How to take part

  1. Log in to your William Hill account and launch any of the Promotion Games.
  2. During Promotion Hours, place a total bet of £/€1 or more.
  3. When a Mystery Bonus round is triggered, up to five betting positions may be highlighted.
  4. If you have placed a qualifying bet on one of the positions, you will receive a pop-up notification.
  5. Click ‘accept’ to receive your equal share of the prize.
  6. Winnings will be credited within 72 hours.

Terms and conditions

  1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include, without limitation, the following:
    1. using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting);
    2. sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you;
    3. colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage) in relation to the promotion;
    4. taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/offer/bonus; and
    5. purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
  2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses, offers or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus/offer you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    1. void any bets funded by a bonus/offer (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    2. remove any winnings relating to any bonus/offer.
  3. William Hill reserves the right to refuse the whole or part of any bet, stake or similar transaction requested by you: (a) where you have breached these terms and conditions; or (b) at any time in our sole discretion, except that we will not exercise (or seek to enforce) any such restriction if you have already made one or more qualifying bets in respect of the promotion and the exercise of our discretion would affect your ability to:
    1. receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, where you have placed all the necessary qualifying bets.
    2. place the remaining qualifying bets required by the promotion, and consequently receive the free bets, or the full expected value of the free bets, from the promotion, to which you would be entitled as a result; or
    3. materially affect your ability to complete the qualifying bets required by the promotion.
  4. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
  5. You may not participate in the promotion (and you will not be entitled to receive any free bets) if you have previously been informed by William Hill that you are excluded from participating in promotions or any gaming or wagering on the William Hill website, the William Hill iOS or Android Mobile app or in William Hill shops.
  6. William Hill has the right to refuse or withhold free bets (or any winnings from free bets) in the event of funds you have wagered being cancelled or denied by any payment service.
  7. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
    1. without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    2. by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions, or we are discontinuing the Promotion for commercial reasons).
  8. We can also award an equivalent bonus/offer to the one referred to in this promotion.
  9. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
  10. Your use of our website and app, and your betting or gaming activity on it, is governed by our general terms and conditions (currently available here for UK players and here for players in Ireland). You must read the general terms and conditions, as well as these terms and conditions, before you take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms and conditions, these terms and conditions will prevail to that extent.
  11. If you reside in the United Kingdom, these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales, and any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
  12. If you reside in Ireland, these terms and conditions shall be governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of Malta, and any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the Maltese courts.
