When playing at William Hill Poker, you earn two types of points:


1. WHPoints (WHPs)


2. Club Points (CPs)


1. WHPoints (WHPs) As you play on cash tables and in tournaments you accrue WHPoints (WHPs) as follows:10 WHPoints (WHPs) every €1.00 raked on cash tables or €1.00 in tournament fees paid.

Note: For cash tables, rake taken is based on iPoker's Rake Ranges. WHPoints determine your Club Status and are used to cash any bonus money balance you might have.You can check the amount of WHPoints you have accumulated within up to 30 days by clicking on My Account -> WHPoints History.


2. Club Points (CPs) These points are also accumulated when you play real money games at William Hill Poker. However, you accumulate these points based on your Club Status (see Club Status Multiplier section). The rate at which you earn Club Points increases as your Club Status increases! Club Points can be used in our Club Points Converter or to buy-in to exclusive Points Tournaments or SNGs. Keep track of your current Club Points balance by going to My Account -> Home in the top left corner of the main lobby or by checking the Progress Bar located at the bottom of the main lobby.Remember: The more real money games you play at William Hill Poker, the more points (WHPs and CPs) you earn and the more rewards you can get!Note: On the 1st of every month any Club Points (CPs) which have not been used in the previous 12 months will expire. This means that you can use your Club Points within 12 months of earning them or they will be automatically expire from your Club Points balance. If you have any CPs that are going to expire on the coming 1st of the month, you will see a notification under My Account -> Information.


At William Hill Poker, each Club Status level has a set amount of WHPoints (WHPs) required for entry.


The WHPoints (WHPs) you accumulate in a calendar month determine your Club Status for the current month and is kept for the next month!

For example, if a player accumulates 25 WHPoints (WHPs) on a given calendar month, he will immediately be upgraded to ClubStatus2. If the player accumulates 175 WHPoints (WHPs) more in the same month, he will advance to ClubStatus3 and so on.


You can keep track of your Club Status and the WHPs needed to advance to the next level by going to My Account -> Information or by hovering your mouse over the "i"  button located in the bottom right corner of the main lobby, next to Club.


Your Club Status Multiplier


William Hill Poker helps you earn bigger rewards with your Club Points (CPs).


When you play at the poker tables, the amount of Club Points (CPs) you earn will be calculated by your WHPoints (WHPs) multiplied by your Club Status Multiplier*.


*Your Club Status Multiplier is determined according to your Club Status.

Example: A player signs up and starts playing on April 15th. By April 20th he accumulates 200 WHPoints (WHPs) and is upgraded to ClubStatus3. Now each WHPoint he generates is multiplied by 1.1 to give him his Club Points(CPs) balance.


Aim high and remember: a player on ClubStatus5 would earn 15 Club Points (CPs) for every €1.00 raked instead of 10 CPs for a ClubStatus1 player. Note: ClubStatus downgrades will occur once a month (on the 1st of the month), based on the last calendar month of poker activity.


Being at least ClubStatus2 player at William Hill Poker has its perks. One of those is our schedule of daily and monthly freeroll tournaments. You're eligible for entry into these exclusive daily & monthly tournaments, depending on your Club status. The higher your status, the more tournaments you have access to.

Put your Club Points to good use by swapping them for cash or tournament tickets or live event Packages. Depending on the amount of Club Points you have in your William Hill Poker account you can receive various rewards, ranging from €2 and all the way up to a whopping €2,500. The Points


Players accrues WHPoints (WHPs) as follows for GBP/USD games:

  • 9 WHPoints (WHPs) every $1.00 raked on cash tables or $1.00 in tournament fees paid

The Freeroll’s

  1. “ClubStatus2 Daily Freeroll”, “ClubStatus3 Daily Freeroll” & “ClubStatus4 Monthly Freeroll” are set as all in 1-hand format events where players are automatically forced to move all in each hand until the tournament is completed. Registration will open 3 hours prior to events start time.
  2. “ClubStatus2 Daily Freeroll”, “ClubStatus3 Daily Freeroll” & “ClubStatus4 Monthly Freeroll” are available for Players Club members only.

 

The Shop

  1. Players must have sufficient points in their account to cover the entire cash / ticket conversion request submitted. Insufficient CP’s balance will result in the order cancellation.
  2. Converting points to cash is only possible if no more than 40% of the Club Points were accumulated through winnings on point’s tournaments.
  3. Please allow three hours for reward to be credited once an order is confirmed.
  4. Once a confirmed order has been made, cancellations or changes in the original request will not be permitted.
  5. Converted tickets from Shop will have 30 days expiration period from the date of issue.
  6. If a player requests three or more rewards on the same period, they will be processed in the following order: 1) Live Event Packages, 3) Tickets , 4) Cash Bonuses.
  7. This promotion is open to Players Club members only.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. The Promotion  is promoted, operated and hosted at williamhill.com (the “Website”) and by WHG (International) Limited (“William Hill”) a limited company registered in and operating from Gibraltar. It is a condition on entry of the Promotion that these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) together with the terms and conditions of the Website (“Website Terms and Conditions”) (together referred to as the “Promotion Terms”) are accepted and by entering into the Promotion the entrant agrees to abide by the Promotion Terms.  In the case of any discrepancy between these Terms and Conditions and the Website terms and conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.
  2. The Promotion applies to WHPoker product play only.
  3. Winners may be required to take part in publicity and by entering the Promotion, entrants agree that William Hill (or any third party nominated by William Hill) may use the entrant’s name, voice, likeness and image, area/region or residence and their comments relating to the prizes (described above) and Promotion experience for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes in any media worldwide without notice or without any fee being due or paid.
  4. Only one (1) prize, or, as relevant. bonus and/or free bet will be awarded per person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email and PC (if you are using a shared PC, for example  workplace or public libraries only one person per computer and/or IP addresswill receive the prize (or, as relevant bonus and/or free bet).
  5. Where any of the Promotion Terms are breached or there is any evidence of a series of bets placed by a player or group of players, which, due to a bonus, enhanced payments, free bets or any other promotional offer results in guaranteed customer profits irrespective of the outcome, whether individually or as part of a group, we reserve the right to reclaim any bonus element of such offers and either settle bets at the correct odds, void any free bets, or void any bet funded by the bonus. In addition, we reserve the right to levy an administration charge on the player up to the value of the bonus, free bet or additional payment to cover our reasonable administrative costs in respect of any such action that we take. We further reserve the right to ask any player to provide us with sufficient documentation to be satisfied as to the customer's identity prior to us crediting any bonus, free bet or offer to their account.
  6. The Promotion is only open to people aged 18 or over and who have been verified as being over the age of 18 and completed all account verification procedures to qualify for any prize. It shall be the responsibility of entrants to make their own enquiries as to whether such activity is permissible in their own jurisdiction. Each entrant should ensure that he or she would be acting legally in that jurisdiction in entering the Promotion. Additional verification of identity may be required or requested at any time.
  7. William Hill shall not be liable for technical, hardware or software failures of any kind or lost or unavailable network conditions which may limit or prohibit the ability to enter or participate in the Promotion. William Hill shall not be liable for damage, or loss or injury resulting from entry to the Promotion, failure to win, acceptance or use of any prize, but nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall operate to exclude liability for any fraud on the part of William Hill or death or personal injury resulting from William Hill's own negligence.
  8. William Hill and/or its authorised agents may, in their sole discretion, limit the eligibility of customers or any one customer to participate in the Promotion, and restrict the eligibility of any group or category of customers to participate in the Promotion.
  9. William Hill reserves the right to amend or cancel this Promotion or amend these Terms and Conditions: (i) without notice if the change or cancellation is a result of any legal or regulatory change; or (ii) for any other valid reason by giving you notice in advance of the change, unless the change is in your favour (including, making the Promotion Terms fairer to you or easier to understand), in which case we will not tell you of the change. We may also offer an equivalent prize, bonus or free bet to the one referred to in any Promotion without telling you.
  10. William Hill and/or its authorised agents shall not be liable for any damages, loss, or injury howsoever arising as a result of any cancellation or amendment to the Promotion and/or these Terms and Conditions in accordance with clause 12 above.
  11. William Hill and/or its authorised agents reserve the right to review transaction records and logs, from time to time, for any reason whatsoever. If, upon such review it appears that customers or any one combination of them are participating in strategies which William Hill and/or its authorised agents deem to be collusion, unlawful or improper activity, or any form of fraudulent practice, William Hill and/or its authorised agent reserve the right to revoke the entitlement of such customer(s) to participate in the Promotion and void any related prize, bonus or free bet.
  12. In the event of any decision or dispute regarding the validity of any entry, the eligibility of any entrant and the eligibility for the Promotion, the decision of William Hill will be final.
  13. These Terms and Conditions shall be exclusively governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

The decision will be made according to the William Hill Poker loyalty scheme policy which is based on the player's lifetime bonus ratio and subjected to the iPoker network bonus policy. (Note:  the lifetime bonus amount does not include the player's redeemed first deposit bonus amount). Players can enquire about their bonus ratio through Customer Support.
  7. If a player requests three or more rewards on the same period, they will be processed in the following order: 1) Bonus Dollars, 2) Live Event Packages, 3) Tickets, 4) Cash Bonuses.
  8. This promotion is open to Players Club members only.
  9. Players purchasing packages will represent William Hill Poker at the respective land-based event. By participating in this promotion winning players agree to wear William Hill merchandise during the event and allow William Hill Poker to use their names, Poker Nicknames and pictures on Facebook and the William Hill Poker website and related websites, including but not limited to interviews, articles and other promotional materials.
