Things you should know

  • The Season of Surprises prize draw (the “promotion”) runs from 09:00:01 (UK time) on 08.11.23 until 23:59:59 (UK time) on 14.11.23 (the “promotion period”).
  • The promotion is available across all William Hill Vegas.
  • Players will earn one (1) entry for every £1 staked (in total) on any game on WH Vegas, Live Casino and Bingo (the promotion games).
  • Players will earn two (2) entries for every £1 staked (in total) on the following games (the double entry games):
  • The top prize is an Samsung 65” Crystal UHD 4K HDR Smart TV.
  • To participate you need to opt into the promotion during the promotion period and place a minimum of £1 stake, from your main account balance, on one or more of the promotion games.
  • This promotion is strictly limited to one per person, family, household address, email address, debit card or IP address. We reserve the right to withdraw the availability of this promotion to any customer or group of customers at any time.

  • All prize winners will be drawn at random from valid entries to the promotion.
  • The prize draw will take place on Thursday 16th November.
  • If you win one of the tangible prizes you will be contacted within 24 hours of the prize draw and we will ask you to confirm/provide your name, email address, home address, mobile telephone number and proof of age and identity in order to claim the relevant prize. If you do not respond to this message or confirm/provide your details within 24 hours, or if you are not otherwise able or available to claim the prize, we will draw another valid entrant and repeat the process, and you will surrender the relevant prize.

1. How the promotion works

  1. To take part in this promotion you need to click on the ‘Opt in’ button and place the minimum stake (shown under ’Things you should know’), from your main balance, during the promotion period.
    • Players will earn 1 entry for every £1 staked (in total) on any game on WH Vegas, Live Casino and Bingo.
    • Players will earn 2 entries for every £1 staked (in total) on WH Gold Blitz™, Loot Boost, Massive Gold™, 9 Gifts of Christmas, Anvil & Ore and Fishin' Christmas Pot's of Gold™.
  2. You will receive further entries into the prize draw for every extra stake, as shown under ‘Things you should know’.

  4. The prize draw will be generated randomly, so every entry has an equal chance of winning.

  6. Cash prizes are paid into your main William Hill account balance. You would be able to withdraw the cash immediately.

  7. Deposits made by Entropay, PayPal, Neosurf, iDEAL, NETELLER, Skrill, ecoPayz, Kalibra or Postepay do not qualify for this promotion.

2 Cancelling the promotion

  1. You can cancel this promotion at any time by:
    • clicking on ‘Cancel’ on the Promotions page on our website; or
    • contacting our Customer Services team using the contact details on the Contact Us page on our website.
  2. When you cancel this promotion, you will stop being able to take part in it. If you have not met the wagering requirement, any bonus you have not used, and winnings from bonus you have used, will be deleted from your bonus balance.

3 General restrictions

  1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
    • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).
    • Using more than one account per person, per household or per IP address in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer or where we have reasonable suspicion as to the truthfulness of your identity.
    • Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across platforms, i.e. Vegas, bingo and poker.
    • Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
    • Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
    • Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage)
    • Taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus (for example, where you intentionally manipulate the use of your Bonus, relying on the game flaw, with the aim of benefiting from significant wins using funds from your Cash Balance)
    • Repeatedly playing free games but not playing paid-for games.
    • Purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
    • Abusive or dishonest playing strategies resulting from changes and/or developments in technology and/or gaming models, leading to new playing strategies becoming available/exploitable, which could not reasonably have been foreseen by Us when preparing these General Bonus Terms & Conditions.
  2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
  3. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
  4. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any game on our website.
  5. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds you paid into your main balance (including any amount you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).
  6. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
    • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is necessary for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide the promotion or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
  7. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
  8. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
