How to take part

  1. Launch the Prize Point Trivia Show Live (the “Promotion Game”).
  2. During the Promotion Hours, 1 trivia game will take place and players will have a chance to win a part of a shared prize of £2,000 in cash by answering a series of multiple-choice questions.
  3. If you are a winner a pop-up animation will appear after the end of the Game.
  4. All prizes will be distributed evenly between the winning players of each Game.
  5. The prize will be automatically credited to your main account balance within 72 hours of winning.

Things you should know

  • The Prize Point Trivia Show Live (the “Game”) promotion will run from 20th April 2023 until 29th April 2023, 10 days in total (“Promotion Period”). During the Promotion Period, the Game will be active from 19:00 (UK time) and 23:00 (UK time).
  • The Promotion only applies to the Prize Point Trivia Show Live during the Promotion Period.
  • The Game is a live game show with a prize that is presented by a live host.
  • The Game consists of a series of increasingly difficult multiple-choice questions, each with three possible answers. Each Game length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
  • Players who score at least 600 points in total are the winners of the relevant Game and will receive an equal share of the prize.
  • Players who answer each question correctly within a 15-second limit are awarded a certain number of points based on the table below. Players who answer incorrectly or answer outside of the 15 second limit will be awarded 0 points for the relevant question.

  • Players will have a chance to win a share of £2,000 in cash per Game.
  • No one is eliminated from the game at any stage of the Game.
  • In the event that none of the players win the Game, the prize pool will roll over and be added to the shared prize pool in the subsequent Game.
  • Winners of each promotional round will be notified via a pop-up animation [within 30 minutes of the end of the relevant promotional round]. The Prize will be automatically credited to a players account.
  • The Game is a free to play game and does not require any funds in the player’s account.
  • The Game is not a game of chance. The questions and the order of the questions for each Game are exactly the same for all players.
  • The answers and questions as well as the sequence in which they appear are provided by an independent third-party supplier, Alphabet Media Ltd, (Trading as The Question Co).
  • The licensee does not bear any responsibility, and shall not be liable, for the outcome of the Game as a result of incorrect answers supplied by the Third-Party Supplier.
  • Players can join the Game and participate for the entire duration of the relevant Game - even if the Game has reached its last question. Prior to the beginning of each Game the host shall communicate to the players basic rules of the Game. Each game length duration is approximately 15 minutes.
  • Questions are asked one by one with approximately 30-second pause between them. The number of questions for each Game shall be determined by the host or licensee at their sole discretion and communicated to the players prior to the start of the Game.
  • During the Game players may use the chat option to communicate with other players. The host may see the chat and use it to refer to particular queries in his/her sole discretion.
  • In case of any technical problems that may affect the regular Game flow, the Game may be postponed or cancelled. Technical problems in the middle of the series of questions do not void the game unless stated otherwise during the Game. The licensee will not be liable for if, for any reason, or any part of the Game is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, licensee may restrict access to some or all parts of the Game to registered users.
  • The Promotion is only available to customers located in the United Kingdom, Gibraltar, Isle of man, Jersey & Guernsey.
  • This promotion is available to multiple sites and therefore winners may be selected across multiple sites.

Terms and conditions

1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.

  • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).
  • Using more than one account per person, per household or per IP address in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer or where we have reasonable suspicion as to the truthfulness of your identity.
  • Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across platforms, i.e. Vegas, bingo and poker.
  • Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others and/or taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.
  • Taking part in a promotion that is not available in the country you live in.
  • Colluding with other customers (that is, plotting with others to gain an unfair advantage)
  • Taking advantage of broken mechanics and combination of loopholes on the game that leads to abusing the promotion/bonus (for example, where you intentionally manipulate the use of your Bonus, relying on the game flaw, with the aim of benefiting from significant wins using funds from your Cash Balance)
  • Repeatedly playing free games but not playing paid-for games.
  • Purchasing all the tickets for a free game; or repeatedly depositing, cashing out and redepositing purely to gain a deposit related bonus.
  • Abusive or dishonest playing strategies resulting from changes and/or developments in technology and/or gaming models, leading to new playing strategies becoming available/exploitable, which could not reasonably have been foreseen by Us when preparing these General Bonus Terms & Conditions.

2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:

  • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
  • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.

3. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.

4. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.

5. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds you paid into your main balance (including any amounts you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).

6. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:

• without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
• by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other legitimate reason (for example, manage or prevent fraud or unlawful behaviour).

7. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.

8. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.

9. Your use of our website, and your gaming or betting, is governed by the general terms. You must read the general terms and these terms and conditions before you take part in this promotion. If any of these terms and conditions conflict with the general terms, these terms and conditions will apply.

10. These terms and conditions are governed by, and interpreted in line with, the laws of England and Wales. Any legal action in connection with these terms and conditions will be dealt with in the courts of England and Wales.
