Significant conditions

  1. The Bonus Drop Boost promotion runs every day from 00:00:01 (UK time) on 27.09.2024 until otherwise cancelled by us in accordance with these promotional terms (the “Promotion Period”).
  2. This promotion is only available to customers registered and located in the UK and Ireland with an online account held in pound sterling or euro.
  3. If players choose to participate, they will only have one free disc (and therefore one opportunity to participate in the promotion) per day during the Promotion Period. The disc can land on a ‘win’ or ‘no-win’ symbol. Players can only claim a prize if they land on a ‘win’ symbol.
  4. There are 3 categories of prizes available in the promotion (each a “Prize”, together the “Prizes”). Prizes will be randomly generated, and players will not know which Prize they have won until it is generated. Prizes are randomly generated, and the chances of winning and receiving each type of prize may vary throughout the Promotion Period.
  5. If players land on a win symbol, one of the following Prizes will be available for them to claim:
    • Free spins to use on one or more specific slot games; or
    • A free bonus to use on one or more specific slot or table games.; or
    • A cash prize which will be added to a player’s main balance after being claimed, available immediately. Players can choose to withdraw cash or use it to play on any game.
  6. To claim their Prize, players must click the ‘claim’ graphic before 23:59:59 on the day they have won. The Bonus Drop Boost game will reset at 00:00. Any Prize not claimed in the relevant timeframe will be forfeited.
  7. Each Prize will have its own terms and restrictions on use, which will be clearly shown to players as part of the notification that they’ve won. Such terms will include specified timeframes for use (for free spins and bonus only).
  8. Eligible Players may be entitled to a Friday Boost.
  9. A “Friday Boost” is the chance to have any Prize that is won on a Friday multiplied by either 2x or 3x, depending on how many times the player has participated in the Bonus Drop Boost Game that week.
  10. If an Eligible Player has played three times in a week, they will receive a 2x multiplier as a Friday Boost. If an Eligible Player has played six times in a week (i.e. every day of that week), they will receive a 3x multiplier as Friday Boost.
  11. An “Eligible Player” is one who has played Bonus Drop Boost a minimum of 3 times between Saturday and Thursday of the same week and acted in accordance with these terms. Playing less than 3 times a week means players will not be eligible for a Friday Boost.

Things you should know

  1. Players have one chance a day to win a Prize by clicking on the “Bonus Drop Boost” icon on the William Hill website, or on the relevant advert for this promotion, to play the Bonus Drop Boost game.
  2. Players participating in the Bonus Drop Boost game will receive one free disc each day. Players can choose where to drop their disc, and it can land on ‘win’, or ‘no-win’.
  3. Where Eligible Players qualify for a Friday Boost, they will be shown their initial Prize and then their boosted (or multiplied) Prize. If players have played the Bonus Drop Boost game:
    • a minimum of three times between Saturday and Thursday, they will receive a 2x multiplier on any Prize they win. For example: 5 free spins at £/€0.10 won on Friday with a 2x multiplier as a Friday Boost will be boosted to 10 Free Spins at £/€0.10
    • six times (every day) between Saturday and Thursday, they will receive a 3x multiplier on any Prize they win. For example: 10 free spins at £/€0.10 won on Friday with a 3x multiplier will be Boosted to 30 Free Spins at £/€0.10.
  4. If you are opted in to more than one promotion at a time, any wagering requirements for the promotions will be met in the order that you opted in to them.
  5. If at any time we detect what we consider to be any unfair play or promotion abuse, your participation in this promotion may be blocked.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
    • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks).
    • Using more than one account in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer.
    • Sharing personalised promotions (that is, promotions only available to specific customers we offer them to) with others. This includes taking part in any personalised promotion forwarded to you by someone else when it was not intended for you.

  2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    •  void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
  3. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
  4. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.
  5. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds paid into your main balance (including any amounts you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).
  6. We can change or cancel this promotion or change these terms and conditions:
    • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
  7. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
  8. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion.
  9. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
