Things you should know

  • The prize draw (the “promotion”) runs from 09:00:01 (UK time) on 22.05.2023 until 23:59:59 (UK time) on 31.05.2023 (the “promotion period”).
  • The promotion is only available on the games below (the promotion games):
  • All available free spin prizes are at 20p per spin and available to play on Gates of Olympus™ only.
  • The prize draw will take place on Friday, 02.06.2023 and any prizes will be added to your account within 72 hours (or as soon as possible after that if there are technical or processing difficulties).
  • Unused free spins will be deleted 72 hours after they are added to your account (the free-spin period).
  • To participate you need to opt into the promotion during the promotion period and place a minimum of £1 stake, from your main account balance, on one or more of the promotion games.
  • Players will earn 1 entry for every £1 staked (in total) across the promotion games.
  • This promotion cannot apply to more than one account per person, address, email address, debit card, or IP address.

1 How the promotion works

  1. To take part in this promotion you need to click on the ‘Opt in!’ button and place the minimum stake (shown under ’Things you should know’), from your main balance, during the promotion period.

    You will then receive one entry into the prize draw. You will receive further entries into the prize draw for every extra stake, as shown under ‘Things you should know’.

  2. This promotion applies to the promotion games shown under ‘Things you should know’.
  3. The prize draw will be generated randomly, so every entry has an equal chance of winning.
  4. Free Spins can only be used on Gates of Olympus™.
  5. You must use your free spins within the free-spin period shown under ‘Things you should know’. After the free-spin period, any free spins you have not used, and any winnings from free spins you have used, will automatically be deleted.
  6. Winnings from the free spins will automatically be added to your main balance once all free spins have been used. You can withdraw them as cash or use them to play games that are not promotion games.
  7. You can only have one set of free spins from this promotion in your account at any time. So if you have received free spins on one day, you will not be able to opt in and receive more free spins until the previous free spins have been used or deleted.
  8. Deposits made by Entropay, PayPal, Neosurf, iDEAL, NETELLER, Skrill, ecoPayz, Kalibra or Postepay do not qualify for this promotion.

2 Cancelling the promotion

  1. You can cancel this promotion at any time by contacting our Customer Services team using the contact details on the Contact Us page on our website.
  2. When you have cancelled this promotion, you will stop being able to take part in it and you will not be entered into the prize draw.

3 General restrictions

  1. We expect you to be fair when you take part in promotions. We consider certain types of play to be unfair and to break these terms and conditions. These unfair types of play include the following.
    • Using ‘minimal risk wagering patterns’ (that is, a set pattern of bets or stakes that unfairly minimises risks or opposite betting).
    • Using more than one account per person, per household or per IP address in order to get more than the number of bonuses allowed for each customer or where we have reasonable suspicion as to the truthfulness of your identity.
    • Claiming multiple welcome bonuses across platforms, i.e. Vegas, bingo and poker.

    • Abusive or dishonest playing strategies resulting from changes and/or developments in technology and/or gaming models, leading to new playing strategies becoming available/exploitable, which could not reasonably have been foreseen by Us when preparing these General Bonus Terms Conditions.
  2. If you take part in any play that we consider to be unfair, we may cancel any bonuses or promotions applied to your account, reclaim any bonus you have received as part of any promotion we have cancelled, and either:
    • void any bets funded by a bonus (that is, treat them as if they had never been placed); or
    • remove any winnings relating to any bonus.
  3. Regardless of anything else set out in these terms and conditions, you can withdraw funds from your main balance at any time, except where we must withhold the funds to meet our legal or regulatory obligations.
  4. You cannot take part in this promotion if we have previously banned you from taking part in promotions, or from betting or playing any games on our website.
  5. We can withhold or refuse to pay any winnings from a bonus if funds you paid into your main balance (including any amounts you have already used) are cancelled or denied by any payment service (for example, your card provider).
  6. We can change or cancel this promotion, or change these terms and conditions:
    • without giving you notice, if the change or cancellation is needed because of any change in law or regulation; or
    • by giving you notice beforehand, if the change or cancellation is for any other valid reason (for example, if there is a fault in the software or systems we use to provide this promotion, or we identify a mistake in these terms and conditions).
  7. We can also award an equivalent bonus to the one referred to in this promotion.
  8. We will not be responsible for any technical, hardware or software failures, or any unavailable or lost network conditions which may result in incorrect information being displayed, or affect your ability to enter or take part in the promotion. If there is any dispute over your eligibility for the promotion, our decision will be final.
